Steering feels like no power steering anymore.

I installed a power steering pump with resivour, a new dodge durango steering box, new rustys tie rod and drag link.. I used my impact to tighten all my bolts.( ingersoll rand t315max- lots of torque).

Could I have tightened something to much that my steering won't turn?

Also, is there a way i need to "bleed" the power steering fluid in the pump to make it cycle through, because it feels like I have no power steering right now, very hard to turn.

Thanks.

Okay, I bled the system and it turns like butter! Yay, but now I notice when I turn left when sitting still, it sounds like something is binding, like getting drug. Any ideas?
