steam or smoke coming from intake and exhust area!

iv got either a mix of steam and smoke coming from my intake and exhust, anyone know what this could be? i was thinking maybe oil burning off from leaks in the valve cover, is there coolant passages going though the intake that could be leaking on my exhust, caused by a bad gasket seal? i recently tightened the top manifold bolts because i noticeted that they where finger loose, maybe this did somthing?

Seems likely to be a oil leak but I have a thought too you might have bumped a injector and it could be leaking fuel do you smell anything like fuel or burnt oil? No coolant ports run through the intake but if you think its coolant leaking you might have a head gasket leak or cracked head.
