Have you noticed if you are loosing coolant, or if there is oil in your coolant? I'd check those first and also check compression on each cylinder. You do have an obvious sign of coolant in your oil, but it's not necessarily that.
I've had water condensate to the oil cap a number of times due to weather changes (ie. hot to cold, humidity) or frequent short-term use where the engine warms and then cools down, warms up again..
edit: I noticed you're from Florida, so water condensation can quite certainly be ruled out.
