Homemade winch bumpers, lets see um. Be sure and list thickness of materials used.

here are two that i have built for some customers, first one is from 1 5/8" DOM and a 3/8" winch plate



and this one is from 1 3/4" DOM with 1/2" winch mounting

Ltshaggy, i think it was around $325-$350 cant remember, it cost alittle more than usual because if you look close enough you can see that the roller fairlead is actually recessed back into the middle two bars.
I have two benders, the one on the black jeep was made with my jd2. and suprisingly the one on the red xj was made with the cheapo harbor freight/northern tool hydraulic bender, but i have done alot of work with it before i got the jd2 and figured out a way to make it not kink the tubing at all, but now that i got the jd2 i never use the other one anymore
