Any one know the dimension of front shocks that I'd need for a 4.5 lift in a 92 and recommend a good set

Old Man Emu

Are all excellent brands that make awesome shocks I personally have run Bilsteins on Everything I've Lifted

There are tons of threads on this subject , Don't be afraid to use the search feature !

Since I am in a good mood here is your answer :

The easiest way to measure the shock lengths is take your old ones off and fully cycle the front suspension, Measure the distance of the compressed side and the extended side, Then do the same thing with your Rear, Go online or to your local offroad shop and Buy shocks that fit those Extended/compression stats. Be Warned Good shocks will set you back $325.00 and Up for all 4, If it has a painted body (Other then the Old Man Emu ) it is not worth spending money on.

And welcome to JF
