So I should have no problems then?

Unbelieveable how easy this was, and I spent hours trying to extract those broken bolts. Got grade 8 and anti-seized all, still got on good OE bolt up there.

I broke mine off too. Knocked the bolts out and made this little doodad up. You can feed the bolts through in about 5 minutes. Some washers for support and tighten everything up. Whole job about 20 minutes.

Coat hanger wire, string and a slip knot.

Hate to be a downer but those BPE's suck , they set your bushing 90 deg. from where they need to be to work properly !

I am confused. Those BPE's are used on the rear shock upper mounts? This thread is about breaking bolts on the rear upper shock mounts right? I'm not being a smart ***, I really don't know.

Yes...you are correct. BPE's are to replace the upper rear and lower shock mount bolts and the bar pin with what you see in the picture.

See below (front and rear BPE's installed):

Rear:

Those look like rear sway bar mounts.. They are mounted wrong,
and don't allow the top of the shock to pivot in the right direction.
Take them off, give them a 1/4 turn, and weld them in to place..

The wrong way....

The right way...
