Pretty much any of the 4wd lifts will also work on your 2wd.

Do a search for silverxj2001 his 2wd XJ is done in a PreRunner (JeepSpeed) style and it's pretty damn capable.

I miss San Angelo!

You just need a kit for a 4wd. Everything on the 2wd is the same, it just doesn't have the front differential or Transfer Case. Do a search for silverxj2001, he has a 2 wheel drive and set his XJ up as more of a prerunner, which are usually 2wd's anyways.

Here is his website: http://www.cardomain.com/id/silverxj2001

Welcome by the way. Don't be afraid to ask any questions you have. Thie forum is great about not bashing new guys. The best way to learn anything is asking questions.

I spend my Highschool years in Angelo. Central was a blast. Loved the people, the wide open space, public hunting areas, the lakes (lived in military housing across from Lake Nastywater), and the laid back atmosphere there. I hate Austin, didn't used to, but do now!

join the crew man... dont feel shy

i gotta 2wd with a lift.. and im goin up more soon

best part about it, is u aint gotta worry about driveline vibes after the lift... heh

im pretty sure 400 bux would be pretty damn steep for some coils

but thats also really damn cheap for the whole package

The $400 could be coils with full leafs or a set up with coils and a AAL (Add A Leaf) for the leaf packs.

What size lift are you looking for.

Cool, another two-wheeler !!!! Welcome .

Look at it this way, if you go thru some nasty section that stopped even one 4x4, it'll be worth it !!!!! (But I think a winch is one of the first items we need to consider !!)
