Say I want more inches...

well, I don't right now. But for when I do....

What does I do?

I have 2 spacers up from front... Could I just add bigger springs.

I have 2.5 AAL. Could I just get shackels?

Looks like you already answered your own questions.

You could also add 1" blocks to the rear if you have ok springs.

I think you are pretty much maxed out on spacers. I would start saving for new front springs. Maybe a 3" or 4" coil. Keep the spacers for when you want to go even bigger. Yes, it will happen.

A lift shackle will be fine for the rear. If you wheel it a lot, it will eventually sag your springs. At that point you can just replace the packs with new ones.

As you already know, there is no end to the madness.

But as you go higher you're going to run into other stuff too like needing an SYE/CV driveshaft and probably lower control arms too.

With a 2000 you will probably need a SYE at 4 or above...it seems like newer XJ's(97+) get vibes at lower heights compared to older XJ's.

If I sent away to all those e-mails, I'd have to use a hose reel.

That's easy for you to say with your 7 inches.
