Rusty Floor Pans/Replacing?

~I was working underneath my 88 XJ today, (bleeding the breaks), when I noticed that the underneath had started to show significant amounts of rust. Has anyone replaced their floor pans before and if so what kind of cost am I looking at? Thanks...~

I think you should sand it down and spray that black stuff on it. It was be much easier and probably cheaper too.

floor

i agree spray the undercoating but first repair any holes in the floor if you have any like weld in patches then spray it.if there is
any holes in the frame best you get that fixed asap as it is a uni body and thats where all your strength is.

Titus, I have the same problem. Does anyone know where I can find replacement floor pans for the Cherokee? I could take the time to fabricate them, but would rather but them already formed, and just weld them in.

~I've been looking the last week on the internet for a good spot that would sell floor pans. I haven't had any luck so far. Nothing for Jeeps anyway. I think for the most part I might repair the holes I have now and try the undercoating. Would anyone have a guess as to how much it costs to have a professional spray the black stuff on?~
