Rusty Exhaust Clamp

i need to replace the exhaust clamp in between the catalytic converter and the muffler becasue there is a leak but the nuts are rusty and rounded of mostly. What is the best way to get the clamp off. I'm limited with tools ... no angle grinders and such so the more help the better thanks

you might want to make friends with someone that does have a angle grinder. i think harbor freight has some cheap ones but may not have a very high quality

A sawz-all will work. Or a hack saw - those a pretty cheap and easy to find at any hardware store. Heck, buy a new clamp and put it right next to the old one, leaving the old one in place.
