rough runnin

i have a 95 cherokee. was at a red light and went to go. it bogged down like it was out of gas. wasnt though. when i tried to restart it started and bogged down again then one back fire. changed the tps and cap and rotor. plugs look fine. still doing the same thing. starts runs rough then bogs down again. when i removed the tps harness it would race up. then stall. any suggestions?
