well why dont you ask some of the people who have received their lifts recently what their original order date was, and compare to yours to see if your statements are true... if you did in fact order your lift before the other people here who have already received theirs then call and ask for a supervisor or something...

For future orders, I suggest you guys order from Ron at 4wheelingplus. He's one of the greatest venders i've dealt with. He answers questions on a daily basis and keeps track of your order if you ask him to. He also has access to some of the higher uppers in Rough Country's business. I had issues with my kit and he went above and beyond to get it fixed...and FAST.

Anyone can call and talk to supervisors at RC. I did. hell, i talked to the vp of sales. he fixed me right up. dont hesitate to call ryan. he has had some extenuating personal situations lately. other than that he has always jumped thru hoops to help me out. i have purchased over $2000 worth of stuff with them since november, and i will not hesitate to buy from them again when the need (or want) arrises.

well my 4.5 in rough country came from jcwhitney today. I ended up getting just coil springs and the AAL nothing else. so im pretty pissed right now and i dont get the rest until almost may.

I spoke with my vender who I bought my RC LA kit from. He said RC will sell the new crossmember for $130 but he couldn't get anything out of them regarding us 1st generation exchanging our old xmember for the new one. IMO that's stupid to have to pay $130 for a xmember we SHOULD already have.

I think i'll just make spacers instead for $12.

neither... i ordered the kit the first of november, so i got one of the first 10 sold... they just sent me a new one
