Rough Country 3" Questions

So I have been looking at the Rough Country 3" lift (Jeep XJ Suspension Lift), and I noticed it doesn't come with any U bolts. I am driving a 92 Jeep Cherokee Laredo, and I am fairly positive that I have a Dana 35 rear. So now the questions! Do I need to purchase U bolts since they don't come with them? Also, another thing is about the brake lines. Will they need to be extended? I know, lots of questions, I am just hoping I can get some help. I saw somebody say to replace the bushings in the shocks. Should this be done? Thanks everyone!

Same here with the bolts, but the stock ones should be long enough, they were with my other lift wich was a Skyjacker (two different XJs) As far as the brake lines go they should be fine with a 3". In the front I just moved the bracket where the flex line joins the hard line down about an inch, no problems rear should be ok. I just looked at the ad I believe the ubolts are just considered under hardware.

my 3" AAL lift (not the S2 kit) did not come with rear U bolts, so i reused mine. as for the brake lines, the rear i got a rear brake line from a 95 wrangler, and the fronts i relocated the front brackets down. i got mine from RC

I just got that kit but I got full spring packs and it came with u bolts. They even sent both dana and Chrysler because I didn't know what I had at the time. I called them direct 10% off if you tell them you are a jeep forum member no questions asked. I got the packs because I got in tho the project and found a broken rear spring.

lift with 30's

I got the 3" and it did not come with u-bolts and mine needed it (that was fun to source on a Sunday for your daily driver) - that means either someone already added a leaf or ??????? Now I'm curious because it looked like a stock spring pack that I took apart to add the RC leaf to. The kit is great and was a breeze to install. XJ Jay nailed with the brake line scenario.

The kit should come with them. If it doesn't call them and have them send you some.

I have heard that from multiple people saying that all you have to do is call them? From the sounds of it, the customer service is A+
