rollin on white rims? anyone?

Just curious if anyone had any pics. I've got some white wagon wheels that I am going to put on my Patriot Blue XJ and wondering to keep them white or paint them black.

i probably will because of it being different. i just wanted to see some pics before i did it. i like black wheels and all, but it's a little overdone in my opinon. and my current stockers are painted black.

and pics will follow.

I'd say leave them white, I think it'd look really nice against Patriot Blue.

And as previously mentioned, PICS as soon as you do it.

I would personally paint them, white wagon wheels look a little hick in my opinion, no offense. If you think black is overdone, what about a nice semi-metallic gun metal grey like some stock XJ wheels? I think that would look good with the blue.

I think a bronze-ish color would look good on blue.

nice suggestions! i'll do white to start and i can always paint them later. it's funny you mention gun metal, because that wouldbe my 1st choice.

Here's the parts Jeep I bought setting on white wagon wheels. I think they look pretty good, actually.

These are the "wagon" wheels I'm talking about and the exact ones I'll be putting on once I get my new tires.

This is my old XJ.

Ah, I see--I always think of the alloy spoke Jeep wheels as "wagon wheels". I had a set like yours on my FSB for a while--it was a blue and white truck and looked nice (you can just see the rear end behind the Jeep, but now it has Alcoas on it).
