Rock Lizard BB

Ok, I'm pretty sure I want to go with the rock lizard lift but my springs are sagging about one inch. Will my main leaf still give the desired lift? Also for up front I was thinking about going with the Rusty's 2inch coils. Does anyone have any experiance with those as well?

Thanks in Advance

If you read the rockliz write up you will notice that the rear was sagging a bit on that one as well. I've done this lift on 3 xj's now and we are all quite happy. Excellent ride and a little taller! I have a 1.75"spacer and 2 coil isolators up front 2.25" and the xj main plus the next leaf added to the rear -2.25" again. Looks nice, clears 31's at full stuff on stock wheels. I'm pulling that stuff off and putting it on a friends xj next month. I'm doing a RE6030 if all the money comes in.
IMHO don't bother buying new coils unless yours are sagging, the spacers are about $35 and work fine. If you can get some donor leaves you can have the whole thing done with shocks for $150 easy.

Thanks for your responce, when you say the next leaf do you mean the one below the main leaf or above. Also in what order should the final leaf pack be in?

I'm using two factory coil isolators I have one above the spacer and one below the spacer.
Regarding the leaves, cut the eyes of the main leaf and put it below the main leaf on your jeep and then take the next longest leaf from the donor pack and put it below the one you just added. Now put the remaining leaves from your original pack below those and reassemble.
Check out rockliz's updated info in his site, should have a link to the leafspring procedure on it. More questions just ask!

My coils don't have temperature issues and don't need insulation.
The isolators are stock. from a rolled 97 I bought for parts to be precise.
