rock lizard 2.5

Well, I thought I had my mind set on a 3" ome lift for my 98. Like most, I'm operating on a budget and after the hack n tap/ adj. front track bar, it was going to set me back about $1600.00. Now I'm a firm believer that you buy cheap you usually buy twice, however, RE (from what I've heard) started out small and look at em now. This brings me to Rock Lizard Fab. I've seen their write up re: their attempt to duplicate (as close as possible) the OME 2" lift / ride quality. With that, the price for their 2.5" lift with full leaf packs at 399.00 seems much more reasonable in cost. I figure the complete set up would probably run me about $1000-$1200 (even if I get a hack n tap/ cv shaft). So here's the million dollar question: What's the quality like? Those who are running them, what do you think? Any pics of the 2.5 would be appreciated. Thanks!

Awesome Kit for the MOney, The ride is better than stock and it handles great !!
I took mine to the Badlands in IN and it was really nice on the trail too. I have now gone up to 3.5" and still love. It is a very nice kit. I have almost every pce that Marty at Rocklizard makes. He does very nice work and will stand behind his product. My Kit has been on about 2 years now

Here is my 01 with the Lizard 2 " BB.

Because the AAL's are built to my specifications by one company, but for them to build the full leaf packs to my specs, it would cost too much compared to the HD full leaf packs made by another company. However, those HD leaf packs are still just a four leaf pack and they don't make single AAL's to specifications, so to get the 2.5" lift, you get the four leaf HD leaf pack from one company and the AAL from another company to go with it to build a 5 leaf HD 2.5" leaf pack.
