ROC Tube Fenders?

I have been looking for these FOREVER! Or at least this so called brand ROC?

Anybody heard of it, do they have a site?

I'm refering mainly to the Tube Fenders on this Jeep :

At first, I thought they were Red Rock Tube Fenders, just fabbed up to fit a Cherokee. But then I read that they were ROC. Same for his Front and Rear bumpers. So can anybody give me some info?

They look like they are just welded on. Not the best design. I forget who makes the other ones, but the other maker uses panels that mount around the fender and the flares are welded to that.

Sharpie is getting or has the set I mentioned.

ROC Fenders eh?

Edit: They are homemade. A friend of mine has some pretty crazy fabricating skills and is working to open his own business.

http://www.ralphsoffroad.com --- For now, most of the stuff on my Cherokee is all prototype stuff. If you would like to get ahold of him, feel more than free to contact him. His site is half operational now. Oh, the Samurai is all custom done by him. Click on contact and either mail him, email, or call him. I'm sure he'd be willing to give you some prices on some other things, but yes, the flares are welded solid. The bumpers and everything else though, I'm sure could be recreated.

I did paint the flares, well, Raptor Line them. Stuff is awesome!
