Remove Bumpers and Grill

Can someone give me details on how to remove the front and rear bumpers from a 1987 Cherokee Laredo? Also, how to remove the front grill?

Thanks!

Remove the bolts lol
6bolts for the bumper brackets in the front that are bolted to the frame rails
there's like 12 Allen head screws that hold the grill on

I would like to know how to get the front bumper off too? I don't see how you access the bolts because there is trim right up to the bumper.

Take the trim off first, than the bumper.
