Recharging a/c and adding pag oil help...

Just put in a new compressor (99 Cherokee 4.0) and am ready to add in the oil and recharge the system, After looking around and finally finding the specifications for the amounts/type etc.. (R-134a 20 oz , PAG-100 8oz)...
I am finding refrigerant with oil in it and just refrigerant and just oil, so what is what and what would I need?
Napa has this to the exact specifications NAPA Online

but don't I need to add oil and then recharge the AC..
This part has proven to be the most confusing part of it all
any help is appreciated
Thanks!
