But, I want to get everyone elses opinions on what you would rebuild/upgrade it with...I dont want to spend a retarded amount of money on it...Im thinking maybe $600 or $700......Thanks!

I did the rotors and calipers and hoses on my cherokee and it coat me 25 ea for calipers from advance, and rotors were 20 ea at pepboys, and the hoses were 15 ea at pep boys, dont let advance try to sell you the expensive calipers, it takes a day or so, to get the cheaper ones, shop around for parts....

yeah I dont plan to spend too much on the brake system..The most expensive part of the brake system will probably be the SS brake lines....
I also want to give the knuckles and complete axle a few coats of some rustoleum or some rust stopping paint.... |

I don't think you want new drums.
![]() What year is your Jeep? If you have 260 axle shafts, I'd definitely upgrade to 297/760 shafts. |
