Rear coil conversion

Hi !

I will convert my Xj to coils in the back. It's only for 35x10.5 Swamper SSR

Wich setup is the good one, in this list.

never a prob, as far as rear coils, theres a huge difference than rear coilovers

the susension links are the same, but everything else is different, coils take up a hell of a lot more room, and you need room for a shock

IMO, you NEED to notch the unirail, for the spring seat, using as long of a spring as possible

i reall dont know if i like the idea of rear coils on an xj, ive seen a lot of them, and they have tons of flex, but the springs unseat way toooooo soon, so if you were to set up a limiting strap in the correct location, i dont think youd flex much more than a cherokee w/ a good leaf pack

The ride handling is much better IMO though... and a bit easier to tune and modify than pulling apart a leaf pack, granted you get your CA setup right the first time.

itll ride on the street better, but, i like leafs in the rear, kinda a sway bar, but i do want the adjustibility, so im going to to 1/4 elips
