Radaitor Replacement on a 2001 Cherokee Sport

I have to replace the radaitor on my wife's 2001 sport 2 wheel drive, can anyone send me all of the details to do this, I've done it on a 96 a few years ago but this one seems different & I just can't remember how to do it. I'm also going to replace all heater hoses, & both the top & bottom radaitor hoses while I'm into it, no sense in loosing the coolant more than once.
