It's pretty self explanatory if you take it out of the box and look at it. Very simple design and really only goes together one way.

Ask away here a bunch of us use that rack..

its just that is completely disassembled and I would just feel alot better if I had the instructions...and I knew for sure that I have all the bolts and such...I got the rack, spare tire mount and hi-lift mount for $150 shipped and its in really good shape! I got it for my brother for x-mas....as I have a TJ

Yeah, it comes that way.. only fits together one way. Try going to Surco directly for new instructions, or contacting a reseller like summitt racing if you really need instructions.

Come on, your a man... you don't need instructions.

Hey.....just tell me what you are having problems with....I can tell you what to do.

Surco is very good with that stuff too. They replaced anything that broke on it and should give you the instructions. I just wish I kept them, but never thought I would sell it.

It's pretty simple if u have the right screws and a picture of it which shouldnt be hard to find. It's 4 pieces a believe and they all fit like a rectangle then the crossbars are placed with the shiny metal pieces inserted into the crossbar and screwed into the square looking thing which fits on top of the lower side bar of the rack. Just line up the pieces and screw everything in.

How did you guys mount the Surco rack? One of my buddies let me have his older rack and I'm kind of leaning away from the gutter mounts...

When I had mine, it was right to the factory roof rails (Used the factory cross bars for support underneath. Gutter mounts would hold more weight.
