putting on 3" have a question

the instructions say the add a leaf goes on top and the other leaves? go under is this right?

Eyeball the leaves and add your new one between a slightly shorter leaf and a slightly longer one. You may have to disassemble the leaf pack to install yours. You will need a longer center bolt to allow for the new leaf. You may also need a C clamp to help control/reassemble the spring pack.
