power window lock out switch question

Is the power window lock out switch a separate switch from the driver's side switch panel? Or is it a complete assembly with the lock out switch and window switches?

Thanks.

The lockout switch is part of the driver's door window/mirror switch assembly. It cannot be purchased as a separate item, and the switch assy. is several hundred dollars from the dealer.

I assume you are having the infamous lockout switch failure issue so common to 97+ models.

The fix is either to jumper around the switch permanently, or to open up the switch and "rebuild" the contacts inside the switch so they are more durable.

Either way, it's a PITA, but there seems to be no other solution.
