please help i have electrical issue

94 cherokee. Won't start. Battery and cables are in good shape. And the starter was checked about 4 months ago and was fine. Turn the key and it clicks but nothing. No headlights or gauges but my cell phone charger comes on

I had the same problem with my '88 XJ about a month ago. It turned out to be my positive cable although it looked fine upon inspection. Before you start throwing parts at your Jeep remove your cables and clean everything real good. Replace the Battery terminal clamps and take it from there.

Sounds like a battery or cable issue.
