After 2 bad experiences with them with ordering and either not receiving my whole order or total wrong parts, and then having a friend / club member have the same experience with Dave, I would suggest using another vendor. I bet Jason @ Jeepin Outfitters could get you a good deal.

I'm planning the same thing, but going front and rear Aussies (D30 front and D44 rear). I went ahead and ordered new thrust washers for each axle. The instructions are VERY clear about the fact that those must be in good shape.
I went through Northridge and didn't have any issues. Might have been the fact I BSd with him a bit about the fact my brother has spent a couple of grand with them. Got my lockers in about a week.

i bought mine from aussie directly for less than 200 shipped...but i'd gotten a military discount and had found a coupon on the internet. they didnt want to take the coupon, that would have been less than their profit margin if they'd used both. it would have been less than 175 shipped.

i just went to the aussie website and emailed the customer service. they returned with a mil-10% code or something...dont remember. but, i wished i had saved it and i'd have posted if i thought about it...
any way, i'm sure they'd not appreciate that, but just email them. i also know that you can get 20% from autozone if you put in the military code...i had a friend that bought some ltx camaro heads for 500+ bucks...retailed almost 8. he was happy.

I didnt order new thrust washers. I think I should have for the rear, because the tolerances were pretty close to the minimum.
I've had them for about 1000 miles, and everything is holding together thus far.
