overheating 94 xj 4.0

hello, overheated pretty good in az. i have changed the water pump, fail safe thermostat, radiator cap and coolant. still having trouble, still overheating. radiator is just over a year old. any info on anything else to try please let me know. thanks.....

hope to find problem quick. temps this time of year where i live 100 to 108 or so. born and raised here, crazy!

Best way to test the fan clutch is, if u don't know how old it is, spendy +/-$35 for a new one.
