I would just run no flares, but don't need the heat from cops. In Ohio, the flare needs to cover the width of the tire, and the TJ flares were free. With no flares it looks good, with front only, looks kind of silly. But once I get the rear flares on, it should look a lot better. Thanks.

I have never been bothered by any cops (knock on wood).

Hahaha, I would hate to read a thread tomorrow about you getting pulled over for no flares. .

I like the look of the TJ flares better than that of just trimmed fenders. Mine are beat to hell and like to cover up most of the hack job I did to fit the 33's.

I have noticed no drop in heat, mine keeps me warm and toasty. As for the noise, you can notice a little bit more, only because the headliner acts as a deadening layer.

The only thing that I notice is when I shut my door with everything off, you can hear the roof shutter.

Usually, however, I have my heat full blast, and the radio cranked. So I wouldn't notice much of a difference in it anyways.

Mine was sagging bad and quickly. I am thinking of building a compartment/cage that utilizes the space up there for storing stuff. But I haven't thought much about it though.

It was for my homemade snorkel that I had on it. I took it off in order to redo it this winter. The only pictures that I have are the first couple, before the first lift. You can see the air filter that I had on it.

So yes, it was for my homemade snorkel.

I have the rear TJ flares sitting in my garage waiting to go on. I just need to trim the fenders to fit. I like the look of the front TJ flares, but also like the look of all 4 like you suggested. They were free, so I can't complain much.

Ok guys. Been a little while since I got some things done. However, I went to the pick and pull today and found some nice stuff.

First off, I finally found a stock rocker switch to replace OBA switch. This way, I used the original bezel to make it look more stock.

Any Renix guy can tell you what that switch was designed to do from the factory.

That is all I got done as of now. But I don't have to work until 10, so I might (if I'm not tired enough) go put some other stuff on.

And some teaser pics for you guys.

Oh, and this was just being put out as I was leaving.

It is a 89, 4.0 110XXX on the clock. .

I want to try to go back and get the header panel. I'm a sucker for those headlights.
