Ohm output for fuel float

Hi I have a 96 cherokee xj with a straight 6 4.0 litre i think my fuel float is on it's way out when I feel up my xj the gas pump stops so I know my tank is full but my gage only reads 3/4 full and it won't go lower then 1/8 full so I was going to get a new float thought jc whitney but I need to know my ohm out put for the float and also someone had told me that the float is in the pump and sending unit is it seperate or all in one unit

96 xj 3.5 rustys lift, 33x10.50x15 BFG MT, t case skid plate, front tow hooks, open front and rear diff, NP-242 T-Case 1 in drop, AW4 transmission, dana 30HP, chyrsler 8.25 stock gears, K&N drop in air filter, flowmaster 40 series, poweraid throtle body spacer

5 ohms full, 33 ohms half, 105 empty.

Sender is part of fuel pump assembly (if it is like my tj)

JC whitney isn't going to work for you.
