Sounds familiar. Were they built by the company, or just distributed, or both?

Well I think that they gave the option to use Tom Woods driveshafts. Cant remimber whos SYE kit they used though. I think the company rebuilt them there selves.

Just wondering cause if someone knows of the web site im going to buy one. My NP242 is dead and I never use the part-time and id rather have the 23spline input shaft.

so ill swap from my 242 to the 231

JB wasnt it. It was alot cheaper than them thats way im mad that I cant find the site again. It had the wide chain and all heavy duty bearings with a slip-yoke elim kit. I want to say it was 499.99 or 599.99 exchange.
