new starter sounds funny

so i changed out my starter, got it from napa (3 year warrenty!). but it sounds like a jet engine.

works great, just sounds kinda wimpy...

You think a jet engine sounds wimpy? Does your starter have to sound like the an atom bomb exploding in order for you to be impressed?
