New Shoes

Well thanks to the wife's nagging and input from all of you guys, I got the 32's over the 31's. Just a slight bit of trimming and they fit like a glove. I'm so happy I feel like a kid on prom night.

I have the RE 3.5, sits a little higher though. The only trimming I had to do was just a little on the corners on the inside of the front flares. Haven't flexed it yet, may need more, but it doesn't touch anywhere.

So Mike is the only one who likes the tires & wheels. You guys are the ones that helped me make the final decision to ditch the 30's and go big and no one has an oppinion. Input......

Looks great man! Have you had a chance to go out and test it at all? I'm just trying to figure out what I should do for tires myself! It's nice to see the some different sets of rims, the soft 8's get a little boring, I'll probably go with them myself though...darn white XJ's...

Good looking rig.I am just getting new shoes myself.Going from those exact tires you have to 33's of the same brand.I loved those tires. They wear like steel.Your rig looks great but if you took off those nerf bars or whatever they are it will look higher.

Yes Nic, they do last. That's what I replaced only smaller. lol. Flexed it a little today. Need to trim the rear flares a little. CB, I had the bars off and it did look higher. I put them back on because it keeps stupid people from hitting it with their doors. Plus gives you a nice place to stand when you're sunk in the wet stuff.
