new jeep build

i recently picked up a 95 4 door with 100k a 10.5" la lift with full leafs an a ford 9" in the rear, geared an locked for $650 from a family member of mine, intended on fixing it up an wheeling it to save my dd

turns out the floors an unibody where rotted pretty bad, so i happend to find a 00 with 185k for $200 from a buddy of mine who is a master jeep mechanic at the locol jeep dealership, only thing wrong with it is the rear leaf springs are cracked

so the new plans are to strip the lift, gears an ford 9inch out of the green one an put it into the blue one, making it my own project rig .then strip the 95 down to the shell an keep the engine, tranny a t-case as spares...

heres the starting pics...

ill post as the process moves along

been awhile since ive been working on my jeeps :-( lifes just been to busy(got a new gf)

the rear lift is installed, took the cracked head off, replacing it with a 95 ho heead that i sent out to get a valve job an minor port an polish, replacing the duel header an colecter set up with a 99 down exhust

the header is a apn header i think(got the header an whole exhust including a supper44 off a buddy for 150)
painted the header black an wrapped it with header wrap to keep the under hood temps down

should be running by next sun, im to busy this weekend

now for the front long arm im thinking about getting the tnt customs y link set up with there frame stiffners an hd belly pan ... anybody use this set up? how well u like it?
any other suggestions for the front lift?

an pics will be up soon
