New Floor has arrived, any threads on the full floor replacement?

I think I'm fully prepared for the new floor in the XJ.

Is there any threads on replacement for the full floor? Am I hacking this thing into pieces before installation or if there a way to lay it directly on top of whatever is left or prepped?

I think I got the last one because I can't find it for sale anymore.

The box came via freight, and is listed at nearly 90LBs.

Again has anyone dealt with a full floor replacement or just left and right sides?

Have you researched the adhesive/welding you need to do this?
