HIDEF- I helped build those stairs by hand and dug out most of the mountain... even though it might be fun, I'm not risking it. Haha

IrishChef- Thanks! To form the cross members, I wanted them flush with the lower side bars to blend in better. So I took a scrap tube and laid it on the ground, then I took the corssmember and hammer and formed the end of the crossmember around the tubing. Took a little practice, but after the first two I figured out a system to pound them. If you plan on doing something like this, I suggest practice on a few scrap pieces of tubing.
