New one-2000 XJ sport- Now has 3.5" lift, Hp 30/8.25 w/4.10's, V8 Zj steering
Totaled 3/18/10-'99 Black 2 door XJ DD, 3.5+" bastard lift.
SOLD-'98 TJ 4 banger 5 speed, 4.88's, Hp 30 ARB'd, S35 w/Detroit and truss, RK LA's, Kilby skids and LOTS of other junk. Should have kept it!
Traded for my XJ - '98 ZJ was pretty and built at one time- Hp30, 8.8 and 5" lift and other stuff.

its been raining here like every day so i started building my rear bumper. ill probably finish that tomorrow and paint this weekend.

yeah thats on my list... ill probably snatch up a zj one at the u pull it and save that as a spare so i can snap the stock one lol

It wasn't as much fun as it looks like, and it took out my steering stabilizer too...

been there done that twice. first time close to my house on a pile of rocks and the second was 2hrs away on elbe mountain trail. not fun...

this is what i started with this morning

then i made another mounting plate for the hitch


made some d-ring mounts


^ we call that saw t-rex
then we cut some holes with the torch and my dad welded it all together for me with his stick welder




and here it is on the jeep


i still gotta put the reverse lights in it and put the side pieces on

Looks awesome. The only thing that would maybe look better would be chevy bumper and brush guard...

the bumper is held on with 12 grade 8 1/2 inch bolts and is mounted in 3 different spots. the stuff it is bolted to is 1/4 thick and even 1/2 inch thick where the plate overlaps the u channel

if my bumper gets ripped off more than half the jeep is going with it lol
