i got both fenders done today. driver fender before   after

then i added some filler and sanded it
passenger  driver   then i undercoated them

i ended up taking the sunroof out and hammering/cutting the ribs so the sunroof could sit flush with the rest of the roof and seal correctly.
  it passed the hose test w/o leaking so it should be good till i taco

i also put it all back together and got it ready to drive the mile down the road to my dads shop were i am gonna paint it. i did a quick alignment in my driveway and i think it worked out pretty good.
heres a couple pics from today driver side fender  front shot  not bad clearance

Looks fantastic. I would have never thought from looking at the original pictures when you first started this thread last fall it would come together so beautifully. Honestly can say that this is one of my favorite jeeps ive seen on the forum...

Was the sunroof option rare? I had a factory sunroof in my 89 years ago.
I would have traded it for A/C... I love this thread, amazing work.
