The rims don't look bad at all! And nice job on the bumper and fenders/flares.

Yeah good move with the bumper etc. Keeping it mild at first is a good way to go.

those are the stock rims that came on the heep ..laredo rims i guess??

Lookin' good!
You're up on the north side, aren't you? Castleton area? If so, you'd better watch out, those high and mighty schmucks up in Carmel might start looking down their noses at you! I live over here by Ben Davis HS, with the po' folk. ![]()

i know its not the same, but on my bumper, that looks indentical to his in terms of color, i used rustoleum satin black spray paint. just sand it with some fairly rough grit sand paper before painting it, and use about 3-4 coats...

but yeah give me a halla we'll roll out somewhere...just keep your eye out you'll see me around somewhere...as far as the paint well its the flat satin rustoleum i will go over it in a gloss but didnt have time today..rims are stock alum..laredo rims ..lighty sanded and triple primed flat black primer ..with two coats gloss high heat black

Your xj came with a chrome grille, didn't it? Did you use the same paint?
