so i can clean up my signature so it looks better and doesnt take up alot of room, i thought i would do like others do and make a thread for my jeep and link others to it in my signature if they really want to read what jeep has and see larger pics of what it looks like.

so here it is

went to u-pull-r-parts with some friends and i took some badges from some pre-96 cherokees

mounted 2 4x4 badges on the fenders

theres one on the passenger's side too

took it wheeling on a lake where people go ice fishing..lots of snow drifts and stuff so me and two of my friends went

my jeep just chillen and my buddies S10 stuck getting pulled out by my friends zj

and ofcourse i had to go through where my friend got stuck in his S10...went through no problem




in fact, i took that spot from every angle possible just to rub it in. i even stopped and then floored it and it still wouldnt get stuck...

yeah the bb and 31s go on after the bumpers

if i had gone faster i think i could have made it..but the angle i went at it was akward so if i had gone fast enough to make it..i couldve risked rolling my jeep. i dont like taking that risk..

who feels like a tard now huh pat?

its got 200k miles on the original engine and tranny...next year ive got engine rebuilding and automotive tech so i think if i can find a junkyard 4.0 thats in good condition and rebuild the transmission. just for a project. sure 200k is just broken in but still, its just a re-assuring thought to have a newer engine and tranny in it.

right now it has no problems..its got a little hard shift into 2nd when cold but thats normal for a vehicle when its 30 friggen degrees below zero..

Hahha...whoops, my bad.

Grant, there isnt much point in buying an engine that works fine from the yard, tearing it apart, wrecking the internals, shoving it in your jeep, and finding out it doesnt work, only to blame it on the fact that you got it from the junkyard is the reason why it wouldnt work.
