Looking for some direction

I just picked up my winter car two weeks ago, its a 97 XJ. Its in good shape and only has 99k on it. There is some normal wear and tear from the original owners and this is where I need some help.

1. The latch holding the arm rest/storage compartment is broken. Is there anywhere I can buy a replacement for this?

2. The turn signal doesnt reset once the turn has been made. Anyone had this happen to them? Is this something I can fix myself?

thanks in advance for any direction you can point me in.

try local junkyards for the console lid, sounds like a cheap fix.

or, if you want to get creative, mount up a coupla magnets.
