Looking for a cowl panel

Hi, does anyone know where I can get a cowl panel, mines is rusted out at the corners. I've tried the dealers, crown, JC-whitney, a plethora of aftermarket places selling online, and more. I'm probably going to have to cut it out from a parts jeep or something.

The panel I am looking for is the metal just below the windshield and where the plastic cowl grill mounts. It is rusting out all along where the winshield starts and where the A-pillar and fender meet.

Any help appreciated!

Has anyone else's body rusted in this area? I can't believe mines would be the only one??.
