Lighting Problems

I am having a problem with my 05 Grand Cherokee's lights. The driver side headlight works but the passenger side is out and my passenger side tail light is out but the driver side works. I have gotten new bulbs and had the fuses checked but no one seems to be able to figure out what the actually problem is. Oh my the way part of the lights in the dash are out as well. When the mechanic was checking the fuses he tapped one of them and all of a sudden all the lights began to work again but shortly there after they stop. He said he wanted to do some research over the weekend that he would let me know what he found but I want to know if anyone has had this problem before. Please help any info would be great! Thank you!

Sounds like a problem in the fuse box or in the fuse.

Oh and by the way.... http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f67/
