Lift Question

Id like to get a 3 inch lift kit for my xj from rustysoffroad.com.
with sagging rear leaf springs would i be able to get enough lift out of the kit to fit a set of 31 inch tires? would fender triming be required? would the kit require any other mods besides what comes with kit?

If you get a kit with new rear packs it will be fine with 31s and they shouldn't sag. Add a leaf you might not get as much height and the ride might not be as smooth.

you might want new LCAs to help the flex if you wheel hard

I had a very sagged rear end on my jeep, the rear springs were actually bending in the wrong direction, and I just used the short add-a-leafs from jcwhitney/rough country and haven't had any problems with rubbing in the back with 31x11.5" tires
