where do i buy or how to make rear tail lights leds?

I like the steel taillight boxes that people sell (give me a minute ill find some)

And then just get the leds (if they dont come with them) at a trucking store, they have them

Normal auto stores might have them also

Does anybody know if he Rusty's ones will fit a 97+ XJ?
