LED tail lights, where to get the LEDs?

im lookin to get a set of tail light boxes asap fron fullsizexj, and i want LEDs in them, but i really dont know where to look for the correctly sized/shaped ones

im gonna be lookin for all those lights but in LED form, anyone have any suggestions?

basically just the 2 small rectangles and tall one as pictured. i know farmboy designs used to sell ones very similar and they did include LEDs in them correctly sized and shaped, but i dont know where to find em(the actual LEDs or similar )

i dont believe farmboy created his own LED lights...theyre clearly from somewhere

Do you have a farm/trucker supply place near you? I know the ones around here sell all kinds of LED lights and wiring stuff like resistors.

i dont really have any close to me at all that i know of unfortunatly, all accross the state or out of state. perhaps a trucker supply though....ill have to see what i can find, good call

Just be careful when you go to look how many LED's the fixtures have. Some of the cheaper ones tend to skimp and they don't look right when they light up.

X2 on a trucker supply store. If not there, try your local Napa. The Napa around here as a whole crap load of trucker stuff.

Defianantly look at trucker stores. I could "borrow" a few from UPS as long as you promise to give them back

truck stop, AutoZone, PepBoys, etc. Just about any auto parts store should at least have the large oval lights. The smaller ones would be harder to find though.

Check at trailer parts store. Those are trailer position lights (small ones on the side), boat parts store (West Marine?)

try your local autozone or advance in the sections with the trailer hitches. they have farm lighting in that area and i swear i've seen led lighting for them in all those shapes/sizes.
