Learn from me, dont sell your xj :(

So i was kinda getting sick of fixing the ole xj. Mostly because i went cheap and didn't lift correctly with arms and such and the ride kept getting worse and worse. SO i sold the xj and bought a econo car. Worst mistake ever in my life. Now i see xj and wranglers and i cant even give them the thumbs up with out them flicking me off. So im just going to buy another xj and redo everything right with everything i learn. and i guess i already know how to fix everything haha. I wont let this forum down! haha take it easy everyone! i will be back!

The ONLY thing WORSE than selling your XJ and realizing you made a mistake is:

SEEING SOMEONE DRIVING YOUR OLD ONE, AND IT'S NICER THAN WHEN YOU OWNED IT!

I leanrned my lesson. ALWAYS, always, always sell your car out of town, and never to friend.

Yeah, I almost sold my XJ two years back and now I am beyond glad that its still in my stable.

On the other hand I did sell one of my Wagoneers and cry when I think that I sold a great running car for $600, which is what I bought it for....tear...

Im trying to convince my mom to keep her Cherokee. I cant stand to see it go. I just need to fix it for her. Im working on the angle that it gets better gas mileage then her minvan. The van gets 13, the Jeep is stock. And the fact that its safer. Also i want to buy it down the road and put at least 35" tires under it.

I sold mine in June for an '06 Mustang GT. The payments are killing me so I'm selling it and hunting for an XJ again.

Anyone have a black 98+ for under $5,000 OR want to buy Mustang off me?

I was considering selling mine this past summer when it hit hit the 10 year mark. Fortunately I came across this site and realized what a terrible mistake I would have made.

Thank you all for changing my mind.
