Get out there tommorrow, and soak all the suspension bolts with PBblaster. then do it everyday till you get ready to install the lift. If you don't have them already, get some 6 ton jackstands, and a big floor jack. And find a 3 foot section of pipe that will fit over your 3/4 drive breaker bar. Invite a few friends over for a cookout the day of install, and when they get there tell them the cooking begins when the lift is finished.

All this and then some!! Make sure you SOAK EVERYTHING WITH THE PB BLASTER!!!!!!!!!! I used 3 ton jack stands and a 3 ton floor jack and made out ok. Breaker bar a MUST!!!!! Cheater Bar a MUST!!! Have a few extra socket/ ratcheting wrenches around cause chances are you will break them. I broke 4!! Coil spring compressors were VERY useful but BE CAREFUL!!! Make sure you have someone there with you b/c 4 eyes are better than 2!! Have fun and take it all in!!

I am almost complete on my RE lift kit. Everything listed above is great advice. Here is some tips that helped me out as well.

1. The bolts for the shocks snap fairly easy. Soak them well. I snapped one. What I should have done is just loosen/tighten the bolt back and forth helping to work WD40 into it. I finally had to weld a nut on and work it out.

2. If you have something seized hit it with a torch and heat up the nut/bolt. That really helps in breaking the rust weld. This was a tip my mechanic friend gave me after I snapped said bolt above. My acetylane torch made my life easy.

3. Check to make sure you have all the sockets you need. Hahaha I had to make two extra trips one was for a deep well 19mm.

4. Take lots of digital photos.

Good Luck!

When you install the new parts, just snug them up and don't torque anything down until you have the jeep back on the ground with all the weight on the suspension. This will keep all your bushings from being in a bind.
