Just installed Teraflex Extreme Super Short SYE Question?

This thing is SHORT! It replaces the stock speedo gear with an electronic tone ring or something like that.

Anyway, my question is, is this normal for it to do. I knew when I installed the SYE my speedometer wouldn't be calibrated right. Is this what people mean by not calibrated right or did I install something wrong.

Thoughts please.

I'm having different issues with mine. I think I may have installed it incorrectly.

Not sure if the sensor is adjustable like some other kits out there but maybe your sensor is to far away from the tone ring. I did a swap using an advance adapeters kit with an adjustable speed sensor and there was a gap which must be measured between the sensor and ring for it to properly pick up the signal. You could alway call teraflex if you can't figure it out.
