Is this Jeep a decent build and technically sound?

Thinking about buying an XJ but thought I'd run it by you guys and see what you think. It has a Chrysler 8.25 axle and running 32" tires. Is that enough axle for that size tire and occasional heavy off-roading?

Specs:
1998 Jeep Cherokee Classic 4 wheel drive. Lifted and running BF Goodrich MT KM2 32x11.5x15.

MOTOR - 4.0 Liter inline 6 cylinder
Poweraid throttle body spacer.
New catylytic converter and Dynomax cat-back exhaust.
TRANSMISSION - Jasper 3 speed automatic with overdrive. Installed July 2008.

DRIVETRAIN - Factory Dana 35 front axle and factory Chrysler 8.25 rear axle. Both running 4.11 gears installed by 4 Wheel Parts.
Front equipped with Detroit Truetrac limited slip differential (90% of full lockup and noise free).
Rear equipped with Detroit Locker automatic locker (100% full lockup when needed).

SUSPENSION - Skyjacker 3 inch lift with Softride Springs front and rear. Minor fender trim to accmodate the 32 inch tires.
Adjustable front track bar.
Greasable rear shackle plus add a leaf to compensate for the weight of the rear bumper.

BUMPERS - Custom manufactured bumpers that allow winch use from front or rear. Rear bumper with swingarm that holds the spare tire and a 5 gallon Jerry can. D-ring mounts for attachment points.

EXTRAS - Kargo Master roof rack 300 lb. capacity.
Custom full length exhaust skid protection.
Custom cross-member.
Custom gas tank skid plate.
Custom light weight rock sliders

Thanks

well first thing, the front isn't a Dana 35, its a Dana 30.

that hsould be plenty of axle for the 32's.

one thing to look at is whether the lift has an AAL in the rear. if it does, i wouldn't neccecarily stay away, but realize that its gonna suck. so replace it later.

it sounds good, but you gotta look out for the litle stuff, like how's the motor run, look for rust. there might be lots of it.

otherwise, sounds good. pics? price?
